Had them re-do our parking lot last month and they did a great job with fresh asphalt, perfectly level and then the striping work they did was on point!

Cons: I think this was par for the course, but there was a good amount of research we had to do on our end. They also needed us to move the website to a faster server, but it makes sense as the website was very slow before doing this.
