Opening January 2015. Award-winning Chef Fabrizio Aielli will launch a second location of his acclaimed Naples restaurant, Sea Salt, at Sundial St. Petersburg, the city's new downtown dining, retail and entertainment center. Occupying a 12,000-square-foot space on the complex's second floor, Sea Salt will offer indoor and outdoor seating for 300 guests, a 20-foot-tall wine tower, 80-foot long raw bar, an intimate lounge and a private chef's dining room. The restaurant will showcase fresh seafood along with innovative contemporary specialities, fine wine and craft cocktails.
