Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Gulfport with great beer, traditional Irish dishes, and live music! Bring an instrument and join in the jam!
Gulfport, FL - The North End Taphouse & Kitchen, a popular local bar and restaurant, is excited to announce its celebration of St. Patrick's Day. On March 17th, the establishment will be offering traditional Irish cuisine options along with an Irish Song Open Mic Night hosted by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Leify Green.
To honor the occasion, The North End Taphouse & Kitchen's menu will feature classic Irish dishes, including Irish beef & guinness stew, colcannon (a traditional mashed potato with cabbage and bacon…so good), Scotch Eggs, and Irish soda bread. These dishes will be available from open until close and are sure to satisfy both locals and visitors who are looking for a taste of Ireland.
In addition to the food, The North End Taphouse & Kitchen is also hosting an Irish Song Open Mic Night beginning at 6pm. Guests are invited to come sing their favorite Irish tunes, whether it be traditional ballads or modern pop songs with an Irish twist. The night promises to be filled with laughter, cheer, and music as guests raise a glass to St. Patrick's Day.
"St. Patrick's Day is a time to celebrate Irish culture, and we're thrilled to bring a piece of that to Gulfport," said Kelly Wright, co-owner of The North End Taphouse & Kitchen. "We're looking forward to serving up some delicious food and drinks and hosting a fun, interactive Open Mic Night."
The celebration will be held on March 17th, and doors open at 5PM.
The festivities in the Village Courtyard will continue on into the night with DJ Ali V (sponsored by the Village Courtyard's Low Tide Kava Bar) spinning special St Patrick's Day tunes after the Open Mic & Jam conclude.
