Flanagan's Irish Pub

This pub is another great destination for those looking for some good drinks, music, and food in Downtown Dunedin. Offering authentic Irish food, cocktails, and music, Flanagan’s award-winning full liquor bar and kitchen on Main Street would be a great way to enjoy New Year's Day!

Clear Sky Draught Haus

Open regular hours: 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.

This spot in Downtown Dunedin is not your everyday draft house. The Dunedin gastropub is food-focused with a fresh, chef-driven pub grub menu that includes artisan flatbread, sandwiches, gourmet pizzas, unique burgers, short ribs, and plenty of vegetarian options. As the name implies, their menu is complemented by high-end craft beers and ciders, so if you’re itching for some good eats and drinks to go along with them, head to Clear Sky Draught Haus on New Year’s Day!

Marker 8 Tiki Bar & Grill

Open regular hours: 12 p.m. - 10 p.m.

If spending your New Year’s Day on the water with a tropical cocktail in hand sounds your speed, then this is the place for you. For anyone spending their New Year’s Day in Downtown Safety Harbor, Bar Fly will be open to quench your thirst! This local favorite features signature crafted cocktails, cold brews, and a Florida-inspired menu with everything from a raw bar to tacos. This is the perfect place to kick off 2019 with good vibes and worries left at the door.

The Lucky Anchor

Open regular hours: 12 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.

Lucky Anchor is the local hangout in Downtown Clearwater. You can find daily drink specials, six flat screen TVs, live music, and an outdoor patio at this Irish sports bar. You can’t go wrong enjoying New Year's Day in this laid-back pub!

Thirsty First

Open for brunch 10 a.m.- 3 p.m.; open til 2 a.m.

What better way to start your year than a New Year’s Day B=brunch? Thirsty First in Downtown St Pete is kicking 2019 off right with a delicious brunch, and you can start the party early with bottomless mimosas and “bromosas.” After brunch wraps up at 3 pm, they’ll switch over to their regular food and drink menu, which includes some tasty bites and unique cocktails.

Enigma St. Pete

Open regular hours: 12 p.m. - 3 a.m.

In The EDGE District of St. Petersburg, this bar will be keeping the party going on New Year’s Day. They open at noon with their killer two-for-one happy hour, which runs until 9 pm. After that, DJ Craig Durty takes the floor, spinning from 9 p.m. till close! Mandarin Hide is the location for anyone in Downtown St. Petersburg looking to spend the first of the year in style. Their hours of operation on New Year’s Day are still being decided, but they will definitely be open!
