Join us at Caddy’s Treasure Island for a complimentary one-hour yoga class right on the beach. Set up your mat, and let your worries drift away as you do yoga while looking out onto the Gulf of Mexico.

If you are in St. Petersburg, Tampa, or Clearwater, free yoga on the beach is right around the corner. Caddy’s Treasure Island offers free outdoor yoga classes three days a week. Whether it’s a morning session by the water or a sunset flow while watching the sun go down over the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, yoga on the beach is the perfect way to unwind and relax.
Free outdoor yoga sessions at Caddy’s are perfect for beginners who want to try out yoga in a beautiful setting. Classes also offer a great flow for intermediate and advanced yogis who are looking for a new waterfront location for their practice.
Yoga classes at Caddy’s Treasure Island are complimentary. Join us for free sessions three days a week. Mats are not provided so please bring your own mat or towel. We’ll be on the beach so you are always welcome to practice with your feet in the sand.
