Join us for Tampa Bay Lightning Day at Great Explorations!
Hockey fans, get ready to face off for a fun-filled day on Saturday, February 15th, 2025, as the Tampa Bay Lightning bring the thrill of the ice to Great Explorations! This day will be an absolute goal for families and fans alike. The biggest power play of the event? Thunderbug is coming to visit! Don’t miss the chance to meet him, snap some photos, and make unforgettable memories. Plus, get ready for an epic dance party with Morris and Thunderbug around 1PM—it’s an event you won’t want to miss!
The fun begins at 9:30 am with early access for Lightning Kids Club members, followed by general admission at 10:30 am for Great Ex members and the public. Kids can test their slapshot skills on the Lightning’s mobile hockey rink, skate their socks off at our Polar Playground sock rink, and enjoy Lightning-themed crafts and activities throughout the day.
Guests are encouraged to show off their team spirit by dressing up in their favorite Bolts gear—jerseys, hats, and anything blue and white!
It’s a day packed with hockey thrills and family fun, and the best part? Everything is included with general admission and Tampa Bay Lightning Kids Club members get in free!
