Event Details
Join us every 4th Sunday for a morning flow in the beer garden led by Crystal Kage.
Following the class, yogis can enjoy a complimentary beer and great company before the taproom opens at noon.
This class is for ALL levels, both new and experienced yogis, or for those who just want to come for the savasana and beer.
Bring your own mat, towel, water, sunscreen, and friends!

About Crystal:
Crystal is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher through CorePower Yoga, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Personal Trainer.
She has taught over the last few years in Atlanta and Tampa Bay, most recently with yoga events around town!
Following the class, yogis can enjoy a complimentary beer and great company before the taproom opens at noon.
