This Free yoga event at the beautiful Sacred Lands Preservation in St Pete is to perform 108 Sun Salutations. Sponsored by Salty souls Yoga and several vendors, there will be live music, self-paced sun salutations, all under a tranquil morning sunrise.
Event Details
Septembers Harvest Moon is a powerful one. For several evenings the moonrise comes soon after sunset, this results in an abundance of bright moonlight. This moon represent tying up loose ends.
Join us as We gather for 108 Sun Salutations just before the Sunrise. Harnessing the karmic energy of the full moon and reap everything you've sowed just like harvesting crops. We will end with long savasana and a guided meditation.
This event is FREE and will be recorded for future advertisement of Salty Souls Yoga Studio. Everyone will sign a waver upon arriving. Please bring blankets, mats and water.
This is the opportunity to purge. Cleanse the spirit and sort out issues that may have been left hanging.
There will be a donation bucket that goes directly to Sacred Lands on site. Salty Souls will not accept money for this event. If you wish to donate please bring cash or checks.
