Next Tuesday, join iTREKKERS in Redington Beach to get hands on with fishing gear and learn how to land your first fish! This event is perfect for first time anglers, including kids.
This is a 30 to 45 minute lesson with a licensed, professional fishing guide. You’ll learn beginner tips, techniques, and answers to fishing questions like:
* How do I rig my fishing rod?
* What’s the best way cast my line?
* What type of fish can I catch in St. Pete?
* What type of bait should I use?
* How do I clean and fillet my catch?
MULTIPLE LESSON TIMES AVAILABLE! 1PM, 2PM, & 3PM! Seats are limited so don't wait — reserve your spot soon!
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
This lesson costs $10 and is limited to 4 people per time slot. We’ll provide your fishing rod, tackle, and bait!
Adults over the age of 16 will need their own Saltwater Shoreline Fishing License to participate. This license is about $2 for Florida residents and a digital copy can be easily ordered at https://license.gooutdoorsflorida.com/. We're happy to help you order your license at the pier. Kids under the age of 16 are not required to have a fishing license :)
WHERE TO MEET:
Park in the dirt lot just south of Del Bello Park. Meet your instructor at the T-shaped fishing pier — they'll be wearing an iTREKKERS shirt!
