Studio 131 presents the Orange Lake Summer Series:
6-7 am Vinyasa Flow:
Vinyasa also known as Ashtanga means "to place in a special way." This class will focus on a yoga practice that combines special movements with controlled breath work.
7-8 am Yin Flow:
Yin is a form of yoga that is both slow and restorative. This class will focus on holding poses longer, using meditation, and furthering breath work.
All levels of practice are welcome!
Come for one or stay for both sessions each morning with Autumn!
