We are inviting you to come and be a part of our amazing yoga event in Saint Petersburg, FL here at Seaside Seabird Sanctuary! Enjoy a relaxing view while moving and stretching your body this Sunday Morning.
Event Details
Monthly yoga class at Seaside Seabird Sanctuary. Enjoy an all-levels-welcome yoga class and support the important work of the Sanctuary.
Gather at the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary at the Observation Tower for a yoga class, over looking the beautiful seabirds and surroundings. The class is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and includes a mix of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation.
As a fundraiser, the proceeds of ticket sales will go to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary and the important work they do to help the birds.
Yoga mats and props provided, if needed.

8:30-9:30am on the third Sunday of the month
Meet at Observation Tower.
All levels welcome.
About Your Yoga Teacher:
Annalisa, a certified yoga teacher, started taking yoga in Idaho in 1998. She moved to San Diego in 1999 and completed her Yoga Teacher Training Certification there. She has taught at multiple yoga studios in the United States and internationally at resorts.
