Event Details
If this is your first Paddleboard class with Beach Yoga Pinellas you are required to attend the Intro to Paddleboards. You must pay and register for it as a seperate event.
Yoga on the water is a serene, tranquil experience that is highlighted by dolphins and fish sharing our peacful bliss. Join us for a floating savasana, amber colored sky and new approach to transcend your yoga practice. The gentle rolling of the waves builds core strength while working the muscles that stabilize you on the paddleboard.
Yoga on the paddle board will focus on core strengthening poses rather than standing balancing poses. We will paddle briefly to reach a tethering line then have our floating yoga class with time at the end for practicing paddling and balancing before we head back to the shore. Beginning paddle boarders and experienced paddle boarders are welcome.
Paddle boards will need to be reserved so cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before event. No refunds after 24 hours. Automatic refunds for weather cancellations.
We'll meet at the 3rd Ave Access.
