Event Details
Prerequisite: All athletes must be able to squat below parallel and hold it comfortably.
This workshop will focus on progressions for pistol squat mechanics and quality, as well as mobility. While athletes of all levels will benefit, please note speed will not be a focus of this particular workshop.

Benefits of pistols/unilateral work
Unilateral balance/rotation
Progressions for building single leg mechanics (from squat to lunge to the pistol shape)
Mobility (hip, knee, ankle)
