Description
This indoor triathon club is designed for monthy beginner triathlete training. The fee does not include the cost of your LA Fitness membership, therefore a monthly membership is required.
Event Details
The club membership encourages participants to come together to swim laps, run walk run (TM) and bicycle.
Running with walk breaks can take place inside or outside using a program by Jeff Gallway. Running or walking is also acceptable.
Bicycling may take place inside or outside using stationary bicycles, cycling class or an outdoor bicycle.
Swimming takes place inside the lap pool at LA Fitness located on Drew Street and US HWY 19.
This is not your ordinary indoor triathalon club. This club is designed for beginners who want to put on a triathalon within the 2018 - 2019 year and want to train with others. There is a monthly fee which includes coaching. This is not personal training but education to help you to cross train. The triathalon is a fundraiser for a race foundation.
