Christmas Eve Dining at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach announces its Christmas Eve dining experience for guests and local residents at its SHOR American Seafood Grill.

On Christmas Eve, SHOR will serve holiday dinner specials. The specials include a spiced roasted whole catch served with a burnt citrus and ginger vinaigrette, and a smokey herb and garlic prime rib with pan jus. Both specials are served with accompaniments of agrodolce Brussel sprouts, crispy duck fat potatoes, and slow-roasted tomatoes.
