This Saturday, May 19, you can get your local beer and your local music fix in Downtown Clearwater at the 2nd Annual Clearwater Craft Beer and Music Festival! The street festival, put together by the Dunedin House of Beer in conjunction with the Clearwater Downtown Partnership, runs from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in Station Square Park and along Cleveland Street in downtown Clearwater, between Ft. Harrison Avenue and East Avenue.

Admission to the Clearwater Craft Beer and Music Festival is free, and since it's on a weekend, parking in downtown Clearwater is also free. All you have to buy is the food and the beer... and there's going to be plenty of beer! The Dunedin House of Beer will bring a dozen brews from its own collection to the festival, including their Walter Witbier, #swiperight single, Mango Hefeweizen, and a Peanut Butter Blonde (note to self: try this beer).

There will also be beers from over 30 breweries stretching across Florida and beyond. Clearwater's own Pair 'O Dice Brewing is bringing their Hop Bet Red ale. From St. Petersburg comes Green Bench Brewing Company's Green Bench IPA. The Tampa Bay Brewing Company is crossing the bridge to serve their Old Elephant Foot IPA and Tru Blonde, and so is Florida Avenue Brewing Co with their Florida Avenue Ale. Bradenton's Motorworks Brewing will have their award-winning Pulp Friction IPA on tap. Marker 48 Brewing and de Bine will bring a selection of their favorites from Brooksville and Palm Harbor, respectively. Jacksonville's Bold City Brewery will be there too, pouring their Duke's Cold Nose Brown Ale. For a complete list of breweries attending and beers on tap, check the Dunedin House of Beer's festival website.

Local food trucks will be at the Clearwater Craft Beer and Music Festival to offer plenty of beer pairing choices. Five area bands will take the stage throughout the day to keep the music going. J. Klein, Baby1, Studio 10, Chant the Trees, and The New Rulers will each play two-hour sets.

If you love supporting your local brewery, there's no better way to do it this weekend than by attending the Clearwater Craft Beer and Music Festival! Get to downtown Clearwater for a full day of beer, food, music, and fun. (P.S. Please drink responsibly and use the Clearwater Jolley Trolley or Clearwater Ferry Services if necessary.)
