Let the shenanigans begin! St. Patrick's Day is approaching quickly, so get your leprechaun hat out and your green tights on. It's time to party and pretend we're Irish for 24 hours once again.

The pot of gold lays in St. Petersburg and Clearwater because that's where all of the fun is going down this year. There are many different events that range from parades and concerts to streets fairs and more. Check out these festivities going on for St. Patrick's Day weekend in St. Petersburg and Clearwater.

Reggae Rise Up Florida Festival 2019  

Headliners include Slightly Stoopid, Rebelution, and Stick Figure. There will be live bands playing reggae, rock, hip-hop, and more. Enjoy a few days of awesome music while under the sun. The festival is taking place at Vinoy Waterfront Park from March 15-17 starting at noon.

St. Petersburg 'Luck of the Irish' St. Paddy's Weekend Pub Crawl

Start off St. Patrick's Day weekend at St. Petersburg's annual pub crawl. It's a chance to get together with your friends, dress in green, and hop around the best bars in town with beautiful views. There are drink specials at participating bars during this event taking place on March 16 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

DJ Jazzy Jeff Shephard's Spring Break

Dance on the beach while enjoying a performance by DJ Jazzy Jeff. The event is taking place at Shephard's Tiki Beach Bar in Clearwater on Saturday, March 16 2 p.m. through 1 a.m. Join the party during the day and lounge by the pool or join them in the evening for a night of fun (or both)!

Lucked Up! St. Pete St. Patrick's Day Bar Crawl

Dress in green, win prizes, and get lit at the best bars in St. Petersburg on March 16 starting at 4 p.m. There will be exclusive themed specials, free cover at every venue, and tons of St. Paddy's Day fun! Visit the event page for more details.

Hippie Sabotage // St. Petersburg

This one is for the electronic dance music fans. Hippie Sabotage will be performing in St. Petersburg at Jannus Live, and it's going to be an awesome time. This event will be taking place on Saturday, March 16, and doors open at 9 p.m.

2019 Annual St. Paddy's Day Block Party  

The whole road will be closed down and ready to party by 10 a.m. on March 17. This block party has trailers that turn into 40-seat bars, draft beer trucks, a live music sound stage, charcoal grills, live bands, corn hole, and more.

On the street, they'll have burgers and brauts while inside they'll have Irish specialties including grilled ruebens, shephard's pie, bangers and mash, corned beef, cabbage, and other tasty options. If you've never experienced a block party, you'll have to come down to Courigan's Irish Pub and visit the best Paddy's Day block party in St. Petersburg.

R3HAB / Lodato St. Patricks day Beach house Sunday's

Shephard's Beach Resort presents R3HAB, Lodato, and more on Sunday, March 17. It's a beautiful venue on the beach, so enjoy the electronic dance music with your toes in the sand and a drink in your hand. Doors open at 7 p.m., and tickets vary.

Shamrock Booze Cruise & Bar Crawl  

On March 16 beginning at 7 p.m., enjoy a one-hour cruise with unlimited domestic beer and specials in Clearwater, then crawl on over to Crabby's Dockside, Crabby's Bar & Grill, and Salty's Island Bar & Grille to enjoy a complimentary drink or shot at each location.

There will be food specials and fun prizes throughout the night. Tickets are $45 and available for purchase on the event's website.

O'Keefe's Saint Patrick's Day Festival

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Clearwater with Irish dancers, Irish music, bagpipes, local bands, games, green beer, craft vendors, and much more! There will be kids activities during the day as well as oversized lawn games. It's a dog and kid-friendly event, so bring the whole family! The event is two days of fun March 16 and 17 beginning at 11 a.m. each day.
