Winter's Wonderland at CMA

Now until Jan. 6 the Clearwater Marine Aquarium hosts Winter's Wonderland when the aquarium is decked out in Christmas lights and decorations, and habitats are holiday-themed! Santa and his elves will be there, and kids can watch and interact with them as they dive into the water. There will also be a Kid's Fun Zone on the third floor where your family can learn more about penguins and polar bears.

Snowfest

Bring yourself and your little ones to Safety Harbor City Park for The Elena Tresh Foundation's Annual Snowfest! From 4-9 p.m. on December 5, the snowy fun is for all ages. Your family can build snow angels or slide down the 20 foot snow hill and enjoy will crafts, carnival games, snow activities, and food. Tickets are $2, and wristbands for unlimited rides are $10. 

There's Snow Place Like Tarpon Springs

Head to downtown Tarpon Springs for this free, family-friendly event on December 7 from 5-10 p.m. There will be a tree lighting ceremony at 6 p.m., a carriage and hayride, photo opportunities with inflatable characters and contest, a snow play area with 20 tons of snow, a DJ and Christmas music, the movie ELF, a balloon artist and performances by local children's music, and dance groups. There will also be a variety of food from different vendors to choose from. Santa will be there to make a visit, and children can also write letters to have mailed to him.

Santa's Holiday Revue

Head to the Central Park Performing Arts Center for Santa's Holiday Revue at 11 a.m. on December 15! This spirited and song-filled show is not only fun for kids but educates them about holidays that other religions celebrate this time of year like Hanukkah and Kwanza. Tickets for adults are $8.50, children under 12 years old are $7.50, and children under 2 years old get in for free. You can also buy a four-pack of tickets for $6.50, perfect for the family!

Largo's Annual Holiday Stroll: Let it Snow

From 6:30-9 p.m. on December 15, Largo Central Park will be decked out in one million LED lights and lighted motorcycles. There will also be a snow zone filled with snow so that your family can actually enjoy a white Christmas in Florida! Santa will also come to the park for a visit, too.
