CrossFit Skyway is a local gym in St. Pete, Florida that specializes in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, small group and personal fitness training. At CrossFit Skyway all classes are approximately one hour and have been designed to provide you with maximum results. You will find a welcoming community of members who are executing constantly varied, functional movements which are performed at high intensity. This is the CrossFit formula for success. Our goal at CrossFit Skyway is to incorporate and improve your ten domains of fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy through safe and functional movements. Whether a novice or advance athlete our programming’s goal is to raise your level of fitness and health. You will be encouraged by the efforts of those around you and inspired to return to the box. All classes are instructed by certified CrossFit coaches with the goal of safety, longevity, and health of all our members.
