We offer over 60 classes a week for a variety of movement arts. Check out the schedule on our website! ALL LEVELS WELCOME, from beginner to expert. Our mission: To bring the yoga, circus and movement arts to the whole community in such an involved way that we elevate the fitness level of the entire city. The Movement Sanctuary was formed behind one common theme: the passion for movement. A passion for acroyoga, partner acrobatics, jiu jitsu, yoga, dance, ninja warrior training, aerial arts, flow arts, hand-balancing, circus arts and beyond. Our vision is to create an innovative training space that inspires people from all walks of life to connect, collaborate and have fun. We know this space will transform the health and fitness level of our entire city. It is a privilege and honor to have the opportunity to cultivate a thriving community focused on well-being. Our warehouse space in Downtown St Pete has received countless hours of love and labor from a large number of our community members who deserve to see this vision come into its fullest expression.
