Judges include Chefs David Benstock, Michael Buttacavoli, and Jeffrey Jew. The event will be emceed, of course, by the awesome Chef Jeff Philbin.

As a reminder:
Inspired by the electrifying Esquire Network series, “Knife Fight,” IL Ritorno put its own spin on the concept with a “Midnight Chef Fight” series!
Doors will re-open after dinner service the evening of July 13th at 11 p.m., and the battle between chefs begins promptly at midnight.
The Midnight Chef Fight series raises money for Tampa Bay charities. Tickets are $20 at the door (cash or card, no pre-sale), and include passed appetizers. There will also be a cash bar available.
Each chef is tasked with creating two dishes in one hour and must include at least one of two secret ingredients selected beforehand and revealed that night. The dishes will be judged by other local chefs on a scale of 1-10 in three categories: creativity, execution, and plating design.
