We get together every Monday and Wednesday at 10 am for a relaxing invigorating full body exercise under the trees at Seminole City Park. First class is free so feel free to come by and just simply check it out and give it a shot. I teach all levels.

I went this morning and it was fun, refreshing, beautiful outside, and a great workout. I could keep going with the pros but you guys should just come find out yourself, its free for your first class so you have nothing to lose! They are very welcoming and nice, I can't wait to go back!
