The Owner, Dion Falzon, with collaboration from his chef, brother Christopher Falzon, and life long friends and industry veterans Michael Palazollo and Peter Jutis, they are updating and reinventing this legendary Dunedin landmark which has been in existence for 29 years.

Went with the whole family and we couldn't stop talking about how much we enjoyed the cocktails, the craft beers, the appetizers and the main dishes. Just excellent all around.
