John, the main chef at Umai Cafe, has been making sushi for 7 years. John started his sushi jouney woking under a sushi master, Kimi Oasaki, in long island. He then ventured off to work in several Japanese resturaunts in New York City and was eventually promoted to Head Chef. His experience and motivation will make for an extraordinary sushi resturaunt right here in Clearwater.
