I just moved in and love it. The staff is very kind and helpful. All of the repairs noted during the walk in were fixed within 2 days. Evelyn was super great and very professional despite me going back and forth a million times about move in dates. I checked out a few other places and really feel like this is by far the best option. The workmanship for an apt is excellent. I havent heard my neighbors while in the apt yet. Also the place does allow for sublets and they will give you a month free rent if someone you recommend moves in.... On that note, I'm happy to provide additional information.
