Located in Florida’s Sunshine city and only 9 miles from Tampa, Beacon 430 is located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, within walking distance to local restaurants and nightlife and minutes away from the most pristine beaches on the Gulf Coast. Beacon 430's Facebook page is intended to be a community for our fans to share their experiences, questions, ideas and happenings as they relate to living in or intending to live at Beacon 430 in St. Petersburg.
