The Sea Captain Resort on the Bay was the first motel built to the south of the Clearwater Marina. Built in 1952-1953 by Ernie Barger, a local well-known fisherman. We are uniquely located on one acre, with 340 feet of private sea wall, 10 boat slips, and a small fishing dock.
