Joined by a group of Food Network celebrities including Donatella Arpaia, Scott Conant, and Ingrid Hoffmann, the organizers of the inaugural E.A.T. St. Pete food, wine, and arts festival spoke at the Mahaffey Theater on Friday announcing their initial plans for the upcoming festival.

Set to take place Nov. 15-17 throughout various venues throughout Downtown St Petersburg, E.A.T. (standing for Enjoy Arts & Tastes) St. Pete will feature a variety of local cuisine from Downtown restaurants as well as appearances by celebrity chefs including those on hand at the Mahaffey as well as Todd English, Ming Tsai, Duff Goldman, Lorena Garcia, and Masaharu Morimoto.

The inaugural festival will feature events including dinners, culinary demonstrations, and a grand tasting with appearances from the aformentioned chefs and local restaurant figures.

HSN, also based out of St. Petersburg, is set to broadcast some of the events live on their channel over the three-day weekend.

Tickets are set to gone on sale Monday, June 24.
