Don't know about you guys, but here at 727area.com we love our Rays baseball.  Heading out and watching the Tampa Bay Rays play on their home turf at Tropicana Field is an exciting time always filled with great food, entertainment, and much more.  But, if there's any group of people who love baseball more than we do, it's probably our dads.

Which is why taking pops out for a classic Father's Day baseball game down at the Trop makes so much sense.  Lucky for us, we've got a handful of games to choose from with a few fun, added bonuses this year for Father's Day in St. Petersburg.

Starting today, The Rays will play through a three-game Father's Day home stretch with the added bonus of some great, post-game live music all throughout the weekend.

Tonight, June 15, the Rays will square off against across-state rivals, the Florida Marlins at 7:10 p.m.  Stick around after the game for a pulse pounding, sure to get you dancing show from Dutch DJ/producer Afrojack, the guy behind hit songs like "Take Over Control" and "Run the World (Girls)".

The Rays will square off against the Marlins again on Saturday at 7:15 p.m., but with no post-game concert.

On Father's Day, the Tampa Bay Rays are going all out with a three-act show following the 1:40 p.m. game against the Marlins.  Stick around after the game and catch a surprisingly good line-up of acts including 3 Doors Down, ZZ Top, and Gretchen Wilson.  Not bad, especially when it's included right there in the normal ticket price.
