The Old Salt Fishing Foundation is proud to host the 29th Annual Old Salt Ladies Fishing Tournament.
Event Details
Our Mission is to involve more women in the wonderful sport of fishing with a fun competitive atmosphere while raising awareness and funding for the Celma Mastry Ovarian Cancer Foundation.
Annually, 200+ lady anglers and supporters from across Florida come together, some competing for over $9,500 in prize money, for this one of the largest fishing events of its kind. Anglers will fish for species ranging from Redfish and Trout to Grouper and Kingfish and supporters will enjoy the the festive event atmosphere all while raising money for the fight against ovarian cancer. So, whether you prefer inshore or offshore, your own boat or a chartered one, do not fish and wish to support the effort…. this is a event anyone can take part in.
This Tournament will be held this year at The Club of Treasure Island. We made a move this year to form a new partnership with The Club and use of their pool area. The 29th Annual Ladies Tournament includes a captains party, silent & live auctions, arts and craft vendors and much more. Whether your fishing, supporting or spectating come out and have some fun. This is an event for your whole family!
