Choice of Caesar Salad or Lobster Bisque
(Caesar Salad with Home Made Croutons and parmesan Crisp. Lobster Bisque with Brandy and Cream)
Course 2 – Duet Plates – (2 choices per plate)
Honey Walnut Crusted Lamb Chops
(Honey coated, Walnut crusted New Zealand Lamb Chops w/ a Port Wine Mint Demi Glaze)
Filet Mignon Felix
(Center Cut Filet Mignon topped with Shrimp and a Creamed Spinach Béchamel)
Lobster Thermidor
