Bob Conigliaro – VP of Community Relations at Caspers Company that own 63 McDonald’s stores and several other businesses locally and nationally. Bob started in store operations 43 years ago. This led to a Community Relations Manager position, and ultimately to his current role, where he has executive responsibility for Marketing and Community relations. Caspers heavily supports the Tampa Bay community – especially education – which is both an admirable and smart business strategy for the company. In his talk, he will be sharing critical principles that lay the foundation for success in business and marketing.
Tony Utegaard is an Entrepreneur, Business owner, and Business teacher based in Tampa Bay, Florida. Tony has developed, owns, and manages a variety of successful companies in manufacturing, real-estate development, ecommerce, hospitality, retail, and is doing business in 30 countries. Prior to moving to Florida in 2004, he served as Vice President of MPC in Minnesota, and has done business with such well-known brands as Ford, GM, Pottery Barn, Brookstone, and Frontgate.
