Cultured Books Literacy Foundation is raising funds to support their monthly BLC program.
Breakfast. Literacy. Community (BLC) is a weekend program that enables children to create connections, fill their bellies and foster a love of reading. Every first Saturday from 9am - 11am we gather with Literacy Artists in the Deuces neighborhood to experience and discuss a new literary theme.
Proceeds from BINGO for BLC will go towards the:
- Purchase of art supplies.
- Purchase of instant cameras for July's BLC.
- Purchase of breakfast from local businesses like Jug and Pop Goes The Waffles.
