VIP #1 - Your dining table is set on a private dock right on the water, isolated and exclusive, with a picture perfect view of the sunset as you enjoy your dinner and wine. The VIP comes with your own server, and violinist during dinner.
Only a few steps away from the main dining area, although a private location, you are more than welcome to join others in dancing under the stars! $1000 for two, each additional guest $75.

*APPETIZER: Seared Scallops in Lemon Butter Sauce on Parsnip Silk topped with Salmon Caviar , Paired with glass of wine

*SALAD: Pear, roasted golden and red beets with goat cheese salad, accented with with Eatable Flower mix, Heirloom tomatoes drizzled with Raspberry Vinaigrette and Figue Vinegar Reduk

*DINNER: Seasoned Pan Seared Filet Mignon with Blackberry Wine Sauce or Herb-Baked Cod in Lemon Butter Sauce with a Side of Roasted Carrots, Miso Brussels Sprouts, and Fingerling dilled Potatoes, Paired with glass of wine
