Join us, In-Person for a magical guided meditation every Wednesday at 6 pm in our Sacred Geometry Sanctuary. Tonight’s meditation is a special Sound Bath Experience with Lindy Romez (Jaya Devi).
Event Details
Participants may sit in a chair or lay on the floor in supported savasana (corpse pose) and the waves of healing sounds, frequencies, and vibrations clean and balances the mind, body, and spirit. Sound baths are a great compliment for those new to meditation and deepen the experience for those who practice meditation daily.
What to bring: Although chairs will be provided, you can also choose to lay down on the floor. Please bring your own mats, blanket, pillows, masks, and anything else that can make you more comfortable.
Lindy’s Intention:
My intention is to hold the space for anyone who is ready to go deeper into a meditation practice and to heal and transcend aspects of the self that do not serve the higher purpose of our evolution.
If you are suffering from any sort of dis-ease in the mind and body connection. As a veteran, I understand the scars that can be left behind from serving our nation. I also understand the trauma that can be left from a debilitating car accident. And I understand that healing occurs in our daily life and we are all healing from something always. I also now understand that there are no accidents in this great universe of ours and know that all that occurs happens for the greater good of all. It is most important that we come together as a community and help heal one another. Transcendence can happen through the power of love and compassion that we gather for each other in one space, together. In a group session like this, I believe that we together can shift anything including our reality about our own ability to heal ourselves, transcend limiting thoughts, fears, and beliefs that can keep us in states of chaos without even knowing it. During these changing times, we all can rise up and evolve, expand and transcend any and all limitations.

Lindy has been providing Sound Baths in the Tampa Bay area since her trip to India in March 2017. Lindy is certified in yoga, meditation, sound healing and is a Reiki Master and Shamanic practitioner.
In addition, Lindy, a professional musician and former 82nd Airborn
