The Mind, Heart and Money series is designed to help people find clarity around their finances and shift mindset and behaviors to achieve their financial goals. Combining evidence-based science around the synergy between our hearts and minds with the psychology behind behavior change, this three-week course takes participants on a path to self-discovery.

Regina Novak, Founder of RCM Financial Coaching
Regina has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Masters in Public Health. She is a Financial Coach trained through Ramsey Solutions, a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) and has completed facilitator training courses in Resiliency and Thriving, Empowered Health Consciousness and Financial Wellness through the National Wellness Institute.
Meg Hogan, Founder of Build Resilience – Intelligent Energy Management, and Master HeartMath Certified Trainer and Mentor
