Women of Color – Writing as a Spiritual Practice

I’ve been inspired to offer a series of workshops exploring writing as a spiritual practice. My previous workshops have been based on the book “Writing as a Path to Awakening” by Albert DeSilver. Recently a fellow writer called out the need to have a session dedicated to women of color.
I am happy to announce a course specifically for women of color who want to reveal and heal through their writing in a supportive space.
We’ll combine the use of meditation, prompts, free writing and writing assignments. We will share insights, breakthroughs and have different folks share their writing (voluntary) each session.
The sessions will be held on Zoom from 5-7 pm eastern on the first and third Monday of the month. We’ll start on March 1st at 5 pm eastern and go through May.
The fee is a sliding scale $60-$200 for the entire spring session.
