Celebrity food journalist, Toni Tipton-Martin will be the keynote speaker at the 3rd Annual Tampa Bay Collard Green Festival on Saturday, February 15, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m in St. Petersburg, FL.

As a noted activist, educator, author of the “Jemima Code” and “Jubilee,” & James Beard Foundation Book Award Winner (2016), Mrs. Tipton-Martin will help TBCGF celebrate African American cultural & heritage by discussing the connection between history, food, nutrition and a healthy environment at this FREE, one-day community event. Also featuring:

? Ray Wunderlich avid food security activist and owner of Wunderfarms demonstrates how to build sustainable gardens through composting.

? Chef Anne White, director of Gigi’s Playhouse, Tampa will dazzle us with braised collards w/ kimchee and fried rice.

? Jovan Holmes of Let’s Live 365 cooks up delicious vegan options and encourages us all to stay fit.

?? ?? Work out with Natasha Walker of Nu Body Fitness, become financially fit with Achieva Credit Union & perform yoga with Clayton Sizemore and Annika Keeler.
