If you've never tried yoga or would like to experience a new boutique style yoga studio with small class size, we welcome you to join us.
Offering a $5 introductory class to all new students, we want everyone to be able to give yoga a try. Whether you are a first time beginner or an advanced yoga practitioner that wants to be challenged, we welcome all levels. Our small class size will allow you to get a more customized experience and instructors of many styles to meet your preferences. Many other optional introductory packages will be offered for those that want to build a long term yoga practice into their life.
Come improve your body, mind and soul with a little flow and let go.
