Food & Wine connoisseur and aficionado, Vincenzo gathered his expertise while working in the food and beverage sector in Italy. He is well-traveled throughout nearly every provincial capital and all of their unique little hamlets. He is welcomed as a guest and host of regional food and wine events where he shares his vast repository of wine and food info.
Course 1: Formaggi tasting: imported fresh and aged Asiago DOP, fresh fig.
Course 2: Eliche Gigante Pasta di Gragnano IGP served with Gulf shrimp, fresh Asiago DOP finished with shaved petals of aged Asiago DOP.
Course 3: Pizza: fresh asiago, heirloom tomato, extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt topped with crumbled aged asiago.
Course 4: Insalate Verde, arugula, cherry tomato, shaved parmigiana reggiano, sea salt, lemon, extra-virgin olive oil.
Course 5: Homemade, halved cannoli.
