Empower1 is a program for those living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) in middle school & high school (ages 11 to 18) to come together and have some fun while meeting others living with T1D.
Event Details
We will meet bi-monthly at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital and will plan fun outings on the off months where the group will have the opportunity to simply have fun together!

Service project: The Ronald McDonald House - We will be preparing goody bags with toiletries and snacks for parents who are staying at the Ronald McDonald House**. This is a great opportunity to earn some much needed service hours (be sure to bring your school forms to be signed)!
Parents are welcome to meet in the cafeteria while their teens/tweens are in the meeting.
