Description
We are happy to announce that on Sunday January 28th the DeadPhish Orchestra return for another terrific show here.
Event Details
Scheduled time is 5pm to start and goes until.......... well, (if anyone was here for their epic 4 hour concert before you know the show is quite incredible).
The Witch is also turning 7 years old on 1/26/18 and will be having a 7 days for 7 years celebration of beers and music with this day being one during the span of 1/26/18 - 2/1/18.
St Petersburg Brewing Company is making 4 deadicated beers to tie into this show as well.
'The thing from the bottom" is an imperial stout aged on whiskey soaked oak chips.
"The Mexicali Blues Grateful Stout" is a stout aged on serrano and jalapeño peppers.
"The Big Ball Jam" is a juicy double IPA
"The Let it grow St Pete orange wheat" is treated with honey wine.
The guys in DPO have posed themselves a unique challenge in merging the two styles. Set lists end up with segues that look like Divided Sky > Morning Dew > Divided Sky, or Help > Slip > Frankenstein. Or how about Mike’s Song > Stella Blue > Weekapaug Groove. Or even stranger, like My Friend, My Friend of the Devil…or It Must Have Been The Roses Are Free. You can see that between the vast repertoires of the two bands, the possibilities are endless.
It’s just about as much fun as humans are allowed to have, a seamless web of Phish and Dead to split open and melt your face.
Taps flow at 3pm this day and settle in for more special beers and anniversary week details as they come. Mark your calendars for this Sunday early evening show.
