Skip your workout this week and come practice with Kate! All zombies are welcome to come brushen up their skills and practice Michael Jackson's Thriller.
Event Details
INSTRUCTOR: Kate
BOOTCAMP: During this 1 1/2 hour bootcamp, we will review Thriller steps, as needed, and get everyone up and dancing "Thriller".
AGES: We welcome zombies of all ages; however zombies under 18 will need an adult zombie to complete their dancer waiver form.
COST: All of our workshops are run by volunteers and are FREE of charge!
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothing, including sneakers. (Sandals and flip flops can break with some of the movements.)
**Please bring plenty of water and a towel, and be ready to sweat!
