Description
Experience Opera at The Dali, a collaboration with St. Petersburg College. Opera at the Dali introduces audiences to emerging opera artists through dynamic 30-minute performances every month.
Event Details
This special program will feature The Three Tenors from SPC singing Mexican art songs by Manuel M. Ponce (1882-1948) known as the Dean of Mexican Art Song, including his famous Estrelita, as well as songs by Maria Graver (1885-1951), the first female Mexican musician to become a renowned composer. Her most famous song, Jurame will be performed.
Also, Cafe Gala is serving tequila flights 5-8pm every Thursday through April. Sample fine Mexican libations while enjoying the music. iSalud!
