Celebrate Thanksgiving at Castile Restaurant

This Thanksgiving Day, give thanks in style at Castile, the waterfront restaurant with unrivaled views of St. Pete Beach, with a bountiful prix-fixe buffet on Thursday, November 24th. From 1PM to 8PM, families and friends can enjoy delectable offerings from the restaurant’s buffet-style menu, priced at $55 per person ($22 for kids), featuring a plethora of food stations showcasing delectable choices of Spanish tapas and Mediterranean fare, along with traditional holiday offerings and an incomparable view. Expertly crafted by Executive Chef Nicolas Lebas, the bountiful holiday menu will include seasonal soups such as Pumpkin Bisque and Oven Roasted Tomato-Piquillo Pepper Soup; a lavish salad bar with a variety of local lettuces and legumes, served with choices of house-made vinaigrettes and plentiful accoutrements; ample displays of seasonal fruits, fine cheeses and artisanal breads; delectable entrées such as the traditional Roasted Free Range Tukey with sage gravy and fresh cranberry sauce, Herb-Crusted NY Strip Loin with brandy green peppercorn sauce, and Provençal-Style Baked Salted Cod; bountiful choices of vegetables and starches will include Haricots Verts Almondine, traditional cornbread stuffing, Sage Rosemary Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with caramelized onions, Whipped Sweet Potatoes with mini marshmallows; and, for a sweet ending, the restaurant will offer an assorted display of seasonal pies.
