The 2019 Runner-up for Creative Loafing’s Best Food Festival, Best Music Festival, Best Craft Beer Festival, and Best Burger, is returning to Safety Harbor Waterfront Park on July 25th. And we are coming for first place in 2020!
Event Details
Join us at the 6th Annual Beer & Burger Throw Down for another epic competition of local burger restaurants, food trucks, and breweries. Local Craft Brewers will be offering 3 hours of free beer samples to compete for ‘Best Beer & Most Creative Craft’ Awards. And YOU choose the winner! The winning brews will be announced at 3:55 pm. We also have over 15 of the area’s best burger chefs competing for the coveted ‘People’s Choice: Best Burger’ Award and local celebrity judges will have the steep task of grading each burger for the official ‘Most Creative’ & ‘Best Burger’ Awards. The winning burgers will be announced at 5:55 pm.
All ages are welcomed and encouraged to attend, including fur babies! There will also be a fun game area, a vendor market, sponsor giveaways, and more! Complimentary seating is available, first come - first served. Additionally, there will be plenty of field space for lawn chairs, blankets, and umbrellas. Entry is just $10; children under 12 are free and parking is free in the City of Safety Harbor. Check the Facebook Event Page for suggested parking options.
