Soup’s On! Cooking Demonstration with Chef Warren Caterson

Chef Warren Caterson will demonstrate how to make easy soups and stews at the Safety Harbor Public Library on Thursday, January 9, 6:30 pm. Soups and stews, while delicious, are often criticized for being too time-consuming to make from scratch. Chef Warren begs to differ, and will reveal how to create quick, healthy and delicious soups so you can ditch the can forever.

Chef Warren is a full-time writer and chef. He studied at the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts and is the author of award-winning cookbooks Table for Two – The Cookbook for Couples, Table for Two – Back for Seconds, and recently published Cooking Outside the Lines – Musings of an Extemporaneous Chef. When he’s not on the road, Chef Warren resides in Sarasota, Florida.
