Skip the lines. Avoid the crowds. #OptOutside this Black Friday by taking a tour through the Gandy Beach Mangroves and out around Weedon Island — one of the most popular SUP spots in the Tampa Bay area
Event Details
Start with a quick refresher on the basics, then head out for your tour of the area. Enjoy 90 minutes of being in nature instead of crushed between strangers hunting for deals. You'll also see local wildlife, like sea turtles, birds, fish and more! Your memories of this trip will be more deeply satisfying than showing up to get a deal on a product that is already sold out.
Set your own pace! There will be plenty of opportunities to take a break, and in many areas you can even get off your board and walk around. You'll get a low intensity workout while making the most of a beautiful Tampa Bay afternoon! The instructor by your side will be able to offer tips and support to help you become a better paddleboarder. They will not give you any tips on finding the popular toy this season.
MULTIPLE TIMES AVAILABLE: 1PM / 2:30PM
This tour runs for 90 minutes and is limited to 4 people per time slot. Reserve your time when you sign up. Registration ends a few hours before the first tour!

What's included?
· Peace of mind away from the shopping crowds
· ACA, CPR, and First Aid Certified Instructor
· Paddle board gear to accommodate all ages and sizes
· Life jackets available for all ages and sizes
· Drinking water provided
You’ll want to wear sunscreen, a bathing suit and water shoes (or any clothing or old sneakers that can get wet)
Where do I park and meet the instructor?
Park at the sandy lot along the beach, just across from The Getaway restaurant. You'll meet Instructor Sheila right on the sand — she'll be wearing an iTREKKERS shirt!
