Event Details
From within and outside of Pasco County, people will come to a unique and exceptional event for New Port Richey as well as the Tampa Bay Area.
Unique to this event is that it encompasses a boat show with a seafood festival, blues concert, an arts and crafts fair featuring a myriad of art forms (primarily focusing on nautical and natural theme hand-crafted products), an Hurricane Expo, rubber duck race, a Fine Art Show, Classic car and truck show, and activities for the entire family to enjoy along the waterfront. One of the main attractions of the event is an above ground, and in-water, new boat show consisting of new boats displayed in and along the picturesque bank of the Pithlachascotee River. To complement this display, personal watercraft and marine related products and service vendors are on display adjacent to the boat docks situated on the banks of the Pithlachascotee (Cotee) River.
Live music all weekend, begins the weekend with the HITS 106 concert on Friday evening. The non-stop live entertainment on Saturday will culminate in the trade-mark Blues by the River Concert on Saturday evening; music and live performances on stage Sunday as well.
For an added attraction, the Cotee River SeaFest will also feature: activities and games for kids; 30-45 minute boat tours up the Cotee River in charming Downtown New Port Richey aboard the 40 passenger Miss Daisy pontoon boat; a wide variety of food (primarily seafood) and beverage vendors of water, soft drinks and with cold beer and wine for those over 21.
