This is a free, monthly 7th Mom Project, Inc. support group for pregnant or non-pregnant moms. At support group meetings, facilitators create a safe place for all attending in a calm environment. Participants are able to share information on coping techniques and tools that have helped them alng with success stories and encouragement. The objective of group sessions is for mothers to: feel less isolated, gain a sense of empowerment, improve coping skills, reduce distress, receive practical advice or information about treatment options and discusss resources - such as health care providers and alternative therapies.
